My life has moved at such pace this year that I paused posting whilst I gave my headspace time to catch up. Thanks for bearing with me and for all the nagging to get writing again!
If you read my last blog – #56 Extra time – you’ll know (absurdly) I wasn’t wholly expecting to live beyond my last birthday yet, now I have, life seems to have morphed into brilliant technicolour. Quite frankly it’s incredible!!

So what’s been going on?!
Undoubtedly, the most significant change arrived in the form of the incredible Hassan Khan. Hassan studied at both Cambridge and Harvard and has one of the most brilliant minds I have ever encountered. He runs an elite performance coaching business, Limitless Humans, and somehow I have been lucky enough to engage with him in weekly 1-2-1 coaching sessions. We’re now 4 months in and his teaching has been nothing short of life-changing.
Armed with a new, heightened mindset, I am energised, courageous, and passionate about living the fullest life. This doesn’t mean all of the fears and anxiety have fallen away, just now, I embrace these feelings, lean in, and trust that I can overcome anything.
Hassan has showed me that curiosity and action create a vibrant life. So, in this vein I randomly took myself off to complete a tandem skydive 🪂🪂
Actually, free-falling from 13,000ft felt so liberating that I went on to start my sky diving licence, and have completed ground school and 3 solo jumps thus far 🤪
I have stacks to write about and all of the topics are whirling around in my head, so I promise to keep posting over the coming weeks. Plus, I can’t wait to share my next adventure which starts later this month: 5-weeks touring the States, including a retreat in Colorado with the mindfulness guru Dr Joe Dispenza.

In the meantime, thanks for reading, sending you love, and I hope you’re keeping well ❤️❤️
