The Carew Crew headed to the annual Practice Plan workshop last week, where together we had a blast team building and learning about the importance of brand and culture.

The Tower
One team exercise involved being given a bag of materials with the goal being to build the highest tower and place a marshmallow on top.
Collaboratively we all got stuck in.
I felt immense pride watching the team and their complete comfort working together. The different personalities shone and this fed both laughter and experimentation.
Creativity (aka Cheating)
We were captivated by the task, but not because we wanted to beat the other groups, we didn’t pay any attention to them. For us, the focus was smashing the task and that’s when we got “creative” … although it was also called cheating 🤣🤣🤣
We carefully read the rules and proceeded to bend them as far as they possibly could go … I won’t give away all the details as the tour is still ongoing and I’d be giving an unfair advantage to upcoming delegates!
However, the resulting Carew Crew tower was awesome. It measured a mahoosive 23% taller than any other tower on the national leader board!

Mission accomplished team CD!
Disqualified?!
It’s unclear whether we were disqualified, there was a lot of talk of that or creating a cheater’s leaderboard! Pffff … really!
The BEST Team
On a serious note, I feel like we won so much that day, absolutely fantastic teamwork with people who thoroughly enjoy working together. That’s our Carew Crew and they’re the reason our practice is so special 💛🩶
What a blast! 🚀🥰
