#24 Introducing Club Carew 💛🩶

We’ve had patient memberships available since we opened the practice, but with our original focus on cosmetic and implant patients we didn’t expect a large general patient cohort, so didn’t really promote our ‘plans’.

Yet, since opening we’ve come to realise one of our USPs is truly extraordinary patient care, and because of this we need to change our approach to memberships. 

Personally, I’m entirely service-led so only use brands that offer exceptional care, and this generates huge brand loyalty across every product and service I purchase.

Consequently,  it was a no brainer to me to underpin the Carew Dental brand with these values, and outstanding customer service filters through everything we do.

The corollary has been a phenomenal conversion rate of cosmetic and implant patients to routine general patients. Once our patients have experienced Carew Dental they simply don’t want to go back to their original practices! Even geography isn’t a barrier, and we have hundreds of patients who happily travel for several hours simply for a routine clean or dental health check.

Historically, many of these converted patients have followed a pay-as-you-go pathway, but it got me thinking that surely part of delivering extraordinary service would be to reward these patients for their loyalty with a fully-loaded membership scheme?!

Drum roll please 🥁 … and enter Club Carew!!!

Club Carew is our new exclusive membership for patients and it really is fully-loaded!

Plus we have merch and so so much more planned for Club, including free education sessions for all sorts of oral health conditions and antenatal education for mum and baby.

The next step then is to orchestrate a private conversion from a pay-as-you-go practice to welcoming all our regular patients onto Club membership.

Of course the savings for patients are enormous but this feels so much bigger than financials, Club patients become our priority, their dental health is maximised, and customer service remains securely on brand 💛🩶
